1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
Beat peanut butter through vanilla until smooth. Add flour through salt. Add 1 1/2 cups chips. Spread in a ungreased sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until light brown. Melt chips and spread on top.
