Pink Lemonade Dessert

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. can frozen pink lemonade
1 can Eagle Brand milk
40 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine crushed crackers and melted butter in 13 x 9 pan. Press on bottom of pan. Combine Cool-Whip, lemonade and milk with wire whisk. Pour on top of crust. Chill.
