Pink Lemonade Dessert

1 lg.  Cool Whip
1 sm. can frozen pink lemonade
1 can eagle brand milk
40 ritz crackers
1/2 C. butter, melted

Combine crushed crackers and melted butter in 13X9 pan.  Press on bottom of pan.  Combine Cool-Whip, lemonade and milk with wire whisk.  Pour on top of crush.  Chill.
