1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
2 T. cold milk

Place dry ingredients in an 8 inch pie plate. Combine milk and oil in small bowl; whip until creamy. Pour milk/oil mixture over dry ingredients; mix and press into shape with fingers. Excellent for open-faced pies, or pierce pastry with fork and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400° for a baked pie shell.
