Rhubarb Bars

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 c. rhubarb, diced small
3 oz. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix together flour, powdered sugar, and butter, and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Spread rhubarb over crust and sprinkle dry Jell-O on top. Mix together flour, sugar, and 1/4 c. butter and sprinkle over the top of the rhubarb and Jell-O. Bake at 350° for one hour. Serve warm or cold. Vanilla ice cream makes a nice topping.
