Rocky Mountain High Pies

2 Oreo cookie pie crusts
1/2 c. butter, divided
1/2 c. sliced almonds, chopped
1 c. sliced almonds
7 oz. coconut flakes
8 oz. cream Cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. caramel sauce

Melt 1/4 cup butter and chopped almonds together and pat on cookie crust.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.  Mix together cream cheese, cool whip and sweetened condensed milk and pour into pie shell. Mix coconut flakes, sliced almonds and 1/4  cup butter.  Spread on cookie sheet and toast in oven until slightly browned.  Spread this mixture over the pies.  Warm caramel sauce a little and drizzle over the pies.  Freeze a little until firm and dig in!
