This recipe features Caramel Apple Dip Mix from Adrian’s Boutique
2 cans Apple Pie Filling
1 pkg. CHC Caramel Apple Dip Mix (Available at Adrian’s)
1 cake mix (dry) Suggested flavors: Spice, Yellow, or white flavors
1 stick butter, very cold
Pour pie filling into bottom of 9 x 13 glass pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Chop your apples into bite size pieces with your “Chopstir” or with a fork and knife. Sprinkle Caramel Apple Dip mix over apples and stir until well blended with a fork.
Sprinkle DRY cake mix over apple mixture and smooth out evenly with a fork. Cut cold butter into thin slices and drop evenly over the dry cake mix.
TIP: I shred very cold or frozen butter with my food processor and keep in freezer. It sprinkles just like shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until nicely browned on the top.
