6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. hot brewed coffee
4 eggs
3 T. sugar
Place chocolate chips in blender and blend at medium speed for 10 seconds. Add coffee; blend 5 seconds. Add eggs and sugar and blend until smooth, 30-45 seconds. Pour into 5 or 6 dessert cups and refrigerate overnight to set. Serve with whipped cream and cherry.
