white cake mix
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
3 oz. strawberry Jell-O
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. frozen strawberries
Bake in a sheetcake pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
Icing
1/2 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla or 1/4 c. strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. powdered sugar
Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat. Add vanilla or strawberries and beat. Spread on a cooled cake.
