Crust

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Prepare crust by blending flour, butter and 1/4 c. powdered sugar. Form into a ball using your hands and then press dough into at 13-inch pizza pan or jelly-roll pan. Bake crust at 350° for 10 minutes, until just golden. Cool.

Topping

1/2 c powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 pt. strawberries, rinsed and hulled

In a large bowl, blend powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Blend well and spread evenly on baked and cooled crust. Arrange strawberries in an attractive patter on top of cream cheese layer. *In place of fresh strawberries, you may also use frozen sliced strawberries, drained.

Glaze

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 T. cornstarch
3 oz. strawberry gelatin

Blend sugar, cornstarch, and gelatrin until no lumps appear. Stir into boiling water. Boil until mixture coats a spoon, 3 to 4 minutes. Cool before placing on top of the strawberries. Refrigerate before serving.
