Ambrosia Dip Mix
2-20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, cut up
2 c. pecans
Cool Whip
Drain only one can of pineapple and spread both cans on the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 in. baking dish. Sprinkle packet of Ambrosia Dip Mix over pineapple; gently mix into pineapple with a fork. Sprinkle cake mix on top of pineapple and Ambrosia mixture. Smooth out evenly with fork. Dot evenly with butter; and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. or until golden and bubbly. Serve with Cool Whip and a fun tropical umbrella on top! This is a most requested recipe at Adrians!
