Country Home Creations Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix
1 pkg. Country Home Creations Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix*
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, very well drained
Flour tortillas (we like the roasted red pepper or spinach flavor, but you can use regular ones too)
Add entire packet of Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix to softened cream cheese and well drained crushed pineapple. Mix well, Spread mixture onto tortillas. Roll into tubve shapes, wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve.
*Variation: Substitute thin smoked ham slices for the tortillas. Roll up as directed and secure with toothpicks if needed. Chill as above and cut into slices before serving.
As the photo above shows, this also makes great little sandwiches on the mini croissant rolls. A VERY versatile mix! It is a favorite and we have served it many, many times at Adrians!
