Vicki’s Brisket
3-4 lbs. brisket
2 T. liquid smoke
5 oz. soy sauce
1 T. vinegar
Garlic
1 can beef broth
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients and cover brisket (use a cooking bag!) Marinate all night. Bake at 225° for 6-8 hours.
