3 c. flour
6 T. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. salad oil
2 T. vinegar
2 T. vanilla
Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, and salt. Separately, mix cold water, salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a 9X13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Topping options: Cream cheese or butter cream icing, or any other icing you like!
