2 c. ice cubes
1 c. fat free milk
3/4 c. double-strength coffee
2 T. sugar
1 T. caramel ice cream topping
Fat free Cool Whip
Chocolate-covered expresso beans, coarsely chopped
In a blender, combine ice, milk, coffee, sugar, and caramel topping. Cover and blend until smooth. Top with Cool Whip and espresso beans. Makes 4 servings.
