Whipped Cream

1 c. chilled whipping cream
1 nearly heaping tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put in a mixing bowl in order listed and beat with electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form and it somewhat holds its shape.  Use a bowl that will allow the cream to double its volume when whipped.  (4-6 servings).
