Zippy Bourbon Meatballs

Quick. Easy. Delicious! It’s just THAT simple!

2 lbs. fully cooked frozen meatballs (or 3 pkg. cocktail wieners)
2 c. BBQ sauce
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. Bourbon
1 pkg. Fiesta Dip Mix (The Beer Bread Company…Available at Adrians)

Place frozen meatballs in a slow cooker (lined with a crock pot liner of course!).  Mix other ingredients and pour over the top.  Simmer until hot and serve out of the crock pot.  For spicier meatballs, use 2 pkg. of Fiesta Dip Mix. 

*NOTE:  I find that it takes about 2 hours to heat the meatballs from their frozen state.  If you need to serve sooner, just microwave mixture for a few minutes until thawed, then place in slow cooker to finish simmering.  Delicious!
