1 lb. cooked sm. shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 med. ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 c. minced fresh cilantro
1 med. sweet red pepper, chopped
3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. chopped seeded peeled cucumber
3 T. lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Tortilla chips

*Note: Jana is Vicki’s sister and she lives in Indiana…Jana is an excellent cook and baker. We had this delicious Shrimp Salsa at her home last summer…absolutely wonderful!  Makes a BIG bowl…serves a lot of friends! (But it disappears fast!)
