Let’s just say that the elves at Adrians have been very busy and the head elf (Vicki) did not get her blog post done anywhere near the time that it should have been done. My apologies! We have, however, been crazy busy BUILDING and SHIPPING the December Boxes…which is even more important!
This task kept moving from one days to-do list to the next day’s list and then repeated over and over. We finally got pictures taken yesterday, then had a group of ladies for an event last night, so I am finally getting this post written! Thank you to everyone who has been so patient!

I absolutely LOVE the theme of this year’s “Believe” Buffalo Plaid Box. This is absolutely on-trend this season, but it is not new. Buffalo plaid originated from none other than Woolrich Woolen Mills. The company began producing the Buffalo Check shirt around 1850, which means we’ve been rocking this plaid for over 150 years now!
Nestled in rural Pennsylvania, the Woolrich woolen mills have been pumping out quality woolen goods since the early nineteenth century, making the brand the oldest continous manufacturer of outdoor clothing in the United States. Interesting!

We’ve talked many times about the relationship we have with our vendors…This Embroidered Snowman Towel is from one of our favorites… Brenda and Gene from Iowa. They have been excited about and helped us with our VIP BOXES from the very beginning and continue to bring some great items for us to consider. We thought this waffle weave towel was just perfect to include. It can be used through January to brighten your kitchen (or give as a hostess gift this holiday), then put it away…like Frosty, it will be just as welcome next year!

Another item that we knew was a MUST HAVE waaaaaay back last January was this Lighted Snowman Canvas. We visited this showroom several times to finally narrow it down to this cute little Snowman. Lighted canvas has been a HOT CATEGORY in gift-giving all year, but this little guy melted our heart.

Normally we don’t repeat the same type of product two months in a row, but we made an exception for these super trendy Buffalo Plaid Earrings! It’s crazy, but our Metal Snowman Bell Ornament was also snagged way back last January at the Atlanta Market. We saw this item in one of our favorite showrooms up on a fireplace mantle decorated with sparkling lights and beautiful greenery.
