Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce

3 T. corn starch
3 T. cocoa
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water, added gradually
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in heavy saucepan.  Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.  Add vanilla.  Great over vanilla ice cream!
