Coconut Pie

4 eggs
½ c. flour
1 ¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 ½ c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in order listed and mix well. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes. The middle will appear soft. Do not over bake or it will be more like cake.  This pie makes it’s own crust.
