Moist Pineapple Cake

2 c. flour
2 c. Granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tall can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in order by hand, not with a mixer! Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and smooth out. The batter may seem thick, but that’s what makes it moist. Bake at 350° until golden brown. When done, center feels solid to the touch. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
