Sandy created this simple recipe for Super Bowl Sunday…but it is delicious any time of the year!
1 white cake mix, prepared as directed and baked in a jelly roll pan.
1 pkg. Country Home Creations Tropical Orange Dip/Dessert Mix (available at Adrian’s)
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Bake cake as directed on package in a jelly roll pan. Let cool completely. Blend CHC Tropical Orange Dip mix and softened cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Arrange drained mandarin orange sections over cake for a beautiful presentation. Love this dessert as it is light and refreshing! Thank you Sandy!
