Best Banana Bread
This delicious recipe was submitted by two of our excellent bakers. Thank you ladies!
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 bananas
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in three greased bread pans at 350° for one hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 3 loaves.
