Brown Sugar Fruit Dip

1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/3 c. coffee liquer (optional)
Assorted fruit

Beat brown sugar and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla and if desired, coffee liquer, beating until blended and smooth; fold in whipped topping. Coverand chill 4 hours. Serve with assorted fruit.
