Cream of Spinach Soup

1.8 oz. pkg of leek soup and dip mix
10 oz. frozen leaf spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
lemon slices for garnish

Prepare the soup mix according to package directions.  Stir in the spinach.  Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.  Remove from the heat; stir in the sour cream and nutmeg.  Garnish with lemon slices.  Makes 4 servings.
