1 head cabbage, finely shredded
1 bag frozen peas, partially thawed
1-2 cups salted Cocktail Peanuts
1 jar Marzotti’s Poppyseed Dressing (found in the regrigerated section of the grocery store)
Toss all ingredients together and serve… Depending on the size of your crowd, you may want to fix just half at a time. This recipe is best when eated fresh!
This recipe has been served several times at Adrians Boutique, and even people that don’t really care for traditional coleslaw like this version! Enjoy!
