Drunkin’ Greek Pizza (Molly & Drew)

OPA! You will be known for having the best pizza on the block!


  • 1 TASTE OF TUSCANY Beer Bread Mix (Available at Adrians Boutique)
  • 12oz beer or other carbonated beverage
  • ¼ cup water (to slightly thin mix)
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped (reserve oil)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 large can sliced black olives
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 3 T olive oil, divided


Add beer and water to bread mix…pour into middle of 15” greased pizza pan (if using a stone, do not use all of the mix)…spread evenly to create pizza crust…bake @350 for 17-20 minutes…remove and drizzle half of olive oil and garlic over crust… add ¾ cup sun dried tomatoes, olives, 1/2 cup cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes…remove from oven… add onions, spinach, reserved oil and remaining feta…bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
