2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips (for topping)
Dump dry ingredients in bowl and mix; add eggs, oil, vanilla and mix by hand. Spread in greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of batter. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
