Frozen Fruit Slush

Dixie Shank
Hutchinson, Kansas

2 oranges
2 lemons
1 c. sugar
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 mashed banana
2 c. ginger ale

Zest rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon.  Juice the oranges and lemons.  Mix zest, juice, crushed pineapple, sugar, bananas and ginger ale.  Pour into individual plastic cups (9 oz.) or cup ring mold.  Cover and freeze.  Thaw for 20 -30 minutes before serving.
